Toronto – March 6, 2024 – Retained executive search firm Caldwell (TSX: CWL; OTCQX: CWLPF) today announced a major enhancement to its people, talent and culture recruiting capabilities with the addition of Brooke Price as a partner in the firm’s Human Resource Officers Practice.

“Brooke has an incredible 15-year track record of success, placing influential people, talent, compensation, benefits, and culture leaders who have strategically transformed companies of all sizes, both public and private,” said Chris Beck, president. “She will be a key player as we build out our Human Resources Practice, and we are fortunate to have a specialist of her caliber joining the Caldwell team.”

Working with founders, CEOs, and CHROs to build their people strategies from the ground up, Ms. Price helps clients confidently identify and secure the exact talent needed to scale their vision, impact, and longevity. Her natural affinities for communication, solving complex problems, and relationship-building allow her to drive talent results for some of the most innovative companies in the world.

Ms. Price joins Caldwell from HR Search Experts (HRSE), a firm she co-founded in 2014. HRSE focuses on finding people, talent and culture leaders for venture and PE-backed startups that fulfilled growth potential while preserving company culture. She began her search career recruiting in the investment banking and hedge fund sectors, drawing on her operators experience working for Fortune 500 finance and investment banking companies like JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays as an investment professional.

Ms. Price holds a BA in environmental economics from Dartmouth College and studied economics and International Trade at The London School of Economics.
