Caldwell Auckland is a leading executive search firm in New Zealand, and the inaugural office for Asia Pacific. We have been serving clients in the APAC region since 2016, albeit our team of partners and consultants have a combined track record of executive recruitment in New Zealand and Asia Pacific of over 65 years.
We have successfully served clients across multiple jurisdictions, placing board/non-executive directors, chief executives, C-suite and general managers and/or functional experts, acting as a trusted advisor and true strategic partner to clients and candidates alike. Our functional expertise includes: NED, CEO, chiefs of: finance; marketing; sales; customer; operations; strategy; digital; information technology; investment; legal; and human resources to name a select few.
Key industry experience across our team includes consumer, retail & e-commerce, agribusiness & food, financial services and insurance, technology and media, tourism, leisure & hospitality, infrastructure & logistics and professional services. We have also worked across education, nonprofit and government and private equity and venture capital.

As executive recruiters, the team has a highly successful track record of domestic and cross-border executive search and is also able to provide leadership advisory services such as talent audits (both board and executive), due diligence, external and internal succession planning as well as broader market mapping and competitive analysis.
The practice also acts as a hub for senior level leadership search work across Oceania / Asia in conjunction with our European, North and South American colleagues on global searches.
We are also currently driving the expansion of our APAC presence with new offices in Singapore, Sydney and Perth to be introduced 2018/2019.
