Todd Lingle is a director of Caldwell Advance, a search offering focused on emerging leaders. With over 15 years of recruiting experience, he focuses on recruiting emerging leaders who represent the top quartile of talent holding senior-level executive positions (manager, senior manager, director, senior director and VP) within the retail/e-commerce, financial services, professional services and industrial sectors across North America. This compliments Caldwell’s executive search work in the strategic arena (senior VP to C-suite).
Todd works extensively in real estate, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, manufacturing, media, retail, technology, consulting, healthcare and financial services, with a significant focus on finance, human resources, marketing and sales roles.
Todd joined Caldwell after leading the global talent acquisition functions for 2 private equity-backed organizations; Vistage International and The Predictive Index. Prior to his career in corporate talent acquisition, he founded Kamus Executive Search, a boutique firm focused on recruiting middle management to mid-cap and enterprise companies. Todd began his executive search career at The Lucas Group, where he became a senior partner.
Todd holds a BS in business from University of Colorado at Boulder.
