Melanie Koso is a consultant in Caldwell’s Toronto office, where she leverages her background in technology and human capital consulting to recruit C-suite and other senior level executives. She ensures there is a ‘right’ fit for both the candidate and the client by designing and implementing an effective search strategy, conducting thorough research, and building authentic relationships with all parties involved. Melanie predominately focuses on the professional services industry.
Melanie joined Caldwell from TELUS, where she was a senior strategy manager. Her focus was on developing growth strategies and innovative avenues for TELUS to distinguish themselves from a retail perspective. Prior to TELUS, Melanie was part of the consulting team at IBM’s Global Business Services, where she consulted across North and South America in change management and human capital strategy.
Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts & Business degree from the University of Waterloo.
