“Matt and Steve spent a substantial amount of time to understand my skills and experience before ever presenting me with an opportunity to consider. They discussed my goals and potential next steps, and provided valuable context regarding the information security talent industry. When they started sharing opportunities with me, it was in a highly selective manner that was respectful of my time. In an industry that has become increasingly transactional, this long term relationship-based approach stands out.” – Sean Malone, Vice President, Service Delivery
