Lauro Chacon is a partner in Caldwell’s São Paulo office, specializing in HR, professional services, consumer goods and retail segments. He has +25 years of experience in human resources and change management, focused on talent strategy and people management execution.
Lauro has worked with many different cultures and professionals in companies like Heublein do Brasil, Quaker Oats Company, Grupo Bompreço and Accenture, leading all HR processes. He has extensive experience working in a multicultural environment on a local and global level, both as internal HR lead and external change management consultant.
Lauro was a member of the board of directors of Accenture for 11 years as Brazil HR managing director and LATAM talent strategist. He is very skilled in facilitating discussions about management, strategy and process, designing the HR strategic plan based on business targets as well as articulating them among the different organizational levels: board members, leaders and employees.
Results-oriented and highly self-motivated with a strong profile for leading and training teams of diverse cultural background, he is an experienced business partner focusing on organizational performance improvement through team management solutions, HR strategies and change management.
Lauro holds a BA in psychology with a major in I/O. He speaks native Portuguese and is fluent in English.
