Jeremy Zeman is Managing Partner of Caldwell’s Consumer & Commercial Banking Practice and a member of the Chicago office. With more than 20 years of financial services-focused search experience, he works across a broad set of consumer and commercial financial services clients experiencing inflection points of growth and transformation.
Jeremy’s financial services acumen includes working closely with C-suite, Board of Directors and senior-level executives in guiding talent solutions across consumer and commercial banking and finance, digital/fintech, cards/payments, GSEs, mortgage banking and private equity environments.
In addition to recent and successful completion of line of business leadership roles, Jeremy has completed functional infrastructure assignments with a focus on middle and back-office roles in risk, cyber-security, technology, data and operations. Additionally, Jeremy has a track record of digital and omni-channel build-outs for clients on the journey to digitally-evolved. He has also conducted large-scale regional talent build-outs across corporate, commercial and business banking segments for money-center banks.
Jeremy was most recently with Korn Ferry as a leader in the Commercial and Consumer Financial Services sector.
Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.
