About Claire
Claire is a consultant in Caldwell’s Board & CEO and Legal, Compliance, and Privacy practices. She focuses on full-cycle recruitment of C-suite executives and independent board directors for VC-backed companies primarily in the sustainability and clean energy space as well as legal, compliance, and privacy leaders across various industries. Her industry sub-specialties include industrial, energy/cleantech, agtech, and healthcare.
Experience
Claire joined Caldwell in 2018. Before pivoting to a career in executive search, she spent eight years in healthcare administration at a private specialty ophthalmology practice in San Francisco where she oversaw many facets of the day-to-day operations, clinical research, and the fellowship program.
Education
Claire holds a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Northeastern University in Boston. She is based out of Sacramento, California.
