Biography

Paul Medaglia is a partner in Caldwell Partners’ New York office and a member of the financial services team. He has more than 8 years of experience recruiting across a number of industries, including financial services, supply chain and strategic sourcing. His primary focus is private banking, wealth management, risk, equities, capital markets, consumer banking, technology and operations.

Paul joined Caldwell Partners from Global Sage, where he was director of the Atlantic Practice and head of search execution. He was responsible for business development, client management and search execution, working with a team to develop appropriate search plans that included every facet of the search process, from candidate market research & development to ultimate placement.

Prior to joining Global Sage, Paul’s career includes recruiting roles at The Bacharach Group, Hudson Global Resources and Custom Capital Corporation. Before joining the recruiting world, Paul was an equity trader and NASDAQ market maker at Royal Hutton Securities in New York. He began his career as a broker’s assistant at Shearson Lehman Brothers.   Paul holds a BBA in marketing with a minor in psychology from Hofstra University. He is a member of the AESC and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
