Ms. Hebert has focused on the legal sector throughout her more than twenty years in the executive recruiting industry. Her practice includes recruiting senior legal and compliance talent for both established and emerging companies across many industries, including financial services, aerospace and defense, industrial, consumer products, retail, health care and life sciences. Ms. Hebert said, “I am extremely pleased to have joined The Caldwell Partners as Head of the Legal practice. The Caldwell Partners’ platform is well suited for my style of practice that emphasises effective, high quality executive search and it provides me the ability to be nimble and efficient on behalf of clients. As important to me personally, was the opportunity to join a firm led by John Wallace who had previously served as CEO of Highland Partners.”

Ms. Hebert previously was a Partner and a member of the Global Legal Practice of Heidrick & Struggles upon the public acquisition of Highland Partners in 2006. Ms. Hebert was Head of the Legal Practice of Highland Partners, a firm she joined in 2001 upon the acquisition of Kristin Hebert Associates, which she founded in 1993.

“Last year, we were successful in building a growing national organization across the United States to complement our Canadian operations and establish us as a truly North American executive search firm fully capable of serving a diverse base of domestic and international clients,” said John N. Wallace, President and Chief Executive Officer.

“We now number some 30 partners, with half being in the United States and the other half in our Canadian offices,” Mr. Wallace continued. In 2010, we are continuing to expand, using our financial strength to act on opportunities to add proven, seasoned partners who offer us and our clients track records of success in identifying and recruiting the talent that their organizations require. Kristin Hebert is a great example of the calibre of partners that we are excited about being able to welcome to our company.”

Ms. Hebert joins Michael Ballenger and Carol Hartman in The Caldwell Partners’ San Francisco office, which the company established in 2009.
