Lynn Armstrong joined The Caldwell Partners International in 2004, where she recruits executives (CEOs, COOs, vice-presidents and their direct reports) in virtually all disciplines.

These include operations, sales and marketing, finance and general management positions in both private and the broader not for profit sectors. She has also expanded her expertise into the resource sector to address the growing demand for talent in the mining industry. Understanding the 'fit' aspect of what a client needs has enabled her to successfully recruit multiple candidates for one organization.

Prior to joining The Caldwell Partners International, Lynn spent five years as a consultant with a leading Vancouver-based retained recruitment firm, effectively completing over 150 searches in a broad array of functions and industries. Before that she spent more than 10 years in consistently progressive leadership roles with an international manufacturer, focusing on business development through targeted relationship management.

Active in her community, Lynn is a Director for the Board of Covenant House Vancouver, chairing the Nomination and Evaluation Committee and leading the Human Resources Committee. She recently joined the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs as a mentor for women looking to excel in their business. Lynn is also a past member of TEC (The Executive Committee) as an associate, where she advised members about successful executive recruiting. As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Honours Kinesiology program, she participates in the alumni events in the community.
