Jerry McGrath

Jerry McGrath is a partner in the New York office of Caldwell Partners, and a member of the Human Resources and Financial Services practices. His clients benefit from his more than two decades of both corporate and executive search experience, and his specialty in the areas of human resources, finance, marketing, general management and operations.

Jerry joined Caldwell Partners from Korn/Ferry International, where he served as the client relationship manager for a number of the firm’s large global clients, leading executive searches across functions and industries in the Americas and in Europe.

He previously held positions with UBS in the US and Europe. He served as global head of recruiting and development for the investment bank, based in London, England, and was the head of human resources for investment banking in the Americas. He joined UBS from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was head of human resources for investment banking. Prior to this role, he was head of global recruiting as well as vice president of human resources of the U.S. region for MasterCard International. Before this, he was with Deloitte and Touche, where he was manager of HR planning and development.

Jerry began his corporate career with GTE Corporation, a predecessor firm to Verizon. He spent 10 years in progressive human resources roles culminating with the role of director of executive placement.

Jerry holds a master’s in labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s in political science from West Virginia University.
