Harry Parslow is a Partner with The Caldwell Partners International, a role he has held since 2000. In 2008, he became the Managing Partner for Caldwell's Academic, Healthcare and Broader Not-For-Profit search practice.

Prior to joining The Caldwell Partners, Harry acquired extensive background in healthcare and in the public service fields. He has held senior leadership appointments including Chief Operating Officer, Vice-President and Senior Site Administrator of major healthcare organizations and health regions in four provinces. He has also worked in government and in a non-governmental organization.

Harry has served as an advisory member to the University of British Columbia, British Columbia Institute of Technology, and Royal Roads University. He has also served on numerous voluntary Boards over the last 15 years, holding directorships and memberships in the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce and the bid committee for a very successful Canada Winter Games. He recently chaired a provincial strategy report on mental health for the BC Ministry of Health, which has since been endorsed by the Premier.

Harry holds a Master's degree in Health Administration and a Master's degree in Science. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive with the Canadian College of Health Service Executives (CCHSE); a Board Member of Healthcare Leaders Association of BC; and is currently the elected BC representative to the National Board of CCHSE and a member of their Executive Committee.
