Gerry Cameron is managing partner of the New York and Stamford offices of Caldwell Partners. He has more than 10 years of executive search experience and more than 25 years of management and operational experience with a diversified global financial institution. His areas of focus embrace leadership positions on both the buy-side and sell-side, with a particular emphasis upon wealth management and family offices.
Prior to joining Caldwell Partners, Gerry was a partner in the Financial Services Practice of Heidrick & Struggles. Some of his work there included assignments for J.P. Morgan, UBS, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Toronto Dominion and a number of family offices. Previously, Gerry was the managing partner of Highland Partners' New York, Stamford and Boston offices, and served as co-leader of the Financial Services Sector.
Prior to joining the search industry, he was a managing director and head of human resources for global investment banking at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York. He formerly served as European head of human resources for J.P. Morgan based in London; general manager of J.P. Morgan's Italian offices based in Milan; and head of banking for Morgan's Canadian subsidiary based in Toronto. He also served in the United States Navy.
Gerry earned a bachelor's degree in American studies from Yale University.
