Darin DeWitt focuses on building senior management teams and Board of Directors for leading and emerging healthcare companies. Since entering the profession in 1992, he has engaged in more than 300 searches. Darin has conducted numerous chief executive, chief operating and chief financial officer assignments for public companies in addition to private equity-backed portfolio companies.

For more than a decade, his search practice has focused on senior executives (the board, chief executive officer, and their direct reports) in venture capital/private equity portfolio and high-growth publicly held companies in disease management, pharmaceutical services, distribution, managed care, provider services, and Health IT. Before joining The Caldwell Partners International, Darin was a Principal in Heidrick & Struggles Global Life Sciences Practice, and was a member of Highland Partners’ Global Healthcare Practice until its acquisition in October 2006. Prior to executive search, Darin co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of a specialty IPA Management Company focusing on obstetric and gynecology capitation management.

Darin attended the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
