Anne Fawcett is a Partner and a Director of The Caldwell Partners International. She is an active search professional engaged in CEO and top team recruiting projects and leads the firm's Board Director recruiting practice. Anne works throughout North America for a wide variety of organizations in the old and new economies, notably in, the B2B and B2C service and product sectors, with public and privately owned companies. This work keeps Anne and her colleagues in the forefront of the trends and themes in the talent market and in leadership and organization development.

Her early career was spent in compensation consulting with a major general management consulting firm, where her work encompassed a wide variety of businesses and broader public sectors and organizations.

Anne has published numerous articles in trade and general business media. She often speaks publicly on such subjects as the war for talent, Board governance, leadership and volunteerism.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Western Ontario. An active community volunteer, her longstanding relationships include: The YMCA of Greater Toronto, The United Way of Greater Toronto, the Schulich School of Business at York University and Women in Capital Markets.
