Harry Parslow is the leader of the Healthcare, Education, Government & Associations Practice, and a member of the Vancouver office. With an extensive background in these public service fields, Harry fully understands the forces that shape and drive this space. He is also active in all aspects of the industrial sector, including specialty areas such as aerospace and aviation, specializing in CEO and board-level search.
Prior to joining Caldwell in 2000, he held senior leadership positions—including chief operating officer, vice president and senior site administrator—for major healthcare organizations and health regions in four provinces. He has also worked in government and non-governmental organizations and in the private sector.
Harry holds a master’s degree in health administration and a master’s degree in science. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL), and served on its national Board of Directors. Harry also holds a professional designation as a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and coaches both individuals and organizations.

Harry served as an advisory member to the University of British Columbia, British Columbia Institute of Technology and Royal Roads University. He has also served on numerous voluntary boards over the last 15 years, holding directorships and memberships in the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce. Harry was a volunteer and was also honoured to carry the Olympic Torch as part of the Olympic Torch Relay in the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games.
